GP referrals are welcome; the patient books the appointment. Referral is for patients who would benefit from an Independent Medication Review. Every review produces a written plan and, where appropriate, changes are made alongside the referring clinician.

Patients with statin-associated muscle symptoms where an independent review would support switching or stepping down.
Patients with apparent treatment-resistant hypertension or where secondary causes have not been fully excluded.
Patients with complex private health data (CGM, DNA, wearables, private bloods) that would benefit from clinical interpretation.
Patients who wish to reduce or stop antidepressants and would benefit from a structured, supervised step-down plan.
