Patients stopping Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Ozempic who need a structured clinical exit plan and ongoing monitoring.
Patients with statin-associated muscle symptoms where an independent review would support switching or stepping down.
Patients with apparent treatment-resistant hypertension or where secondary causes have not been fully excluded.
Patients with complex private health data — CGM, DNA, wearables, private bloods — that would benefit from clinical interpretation.
Patients who wish to reduce or stop antidepressants and would benefit from a structured, supervised step-down plan.
