A review of your whole medication list and the physiology underneath it. The aim is the smallest effective medical footprint.
While you carry the plan out. Optional, and only after the review.
Most plans that stop or reduce something take months, and those months need watching. This is Dr Reardon managing the changes with you until the plan is complete.
Set up after your consultation, not at booking.
Once your plan is complete, you remain a patient here and can book a follow-up whenever something changes, without going through the full review again. Dr Reardon already has your history, results and plan.

Investigations are charged separately, whether they are done privately or through your GP. If a question in your review can't be answered properly without one, Dr Reardon says so and arranges it.
The review is booked by the patient. Family members are welcome to make first contact and ask questions, but the appointment and the decision to proceed are the patient's.
Where appropriate, changes are made alongside the patient's GP or specialist.

Consultations: Consultations are in person at Sutton Medical Consulting, First Floor, Ashfurlong Medical Centre, 233 Tamworth Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 6DX. Dr Daniel Reardon is a CQC-registered independent doctor provider.
Prescriptions: A prescription written during a consultation is issued electronically via SignatureRx. You collect it at a pharmacy with a code, or have it delivered to your home. No prescription is issued through this website. Dr Reardon does not prescribe GLP-1 medications for weight loss, and this is not a weight-loss service.
Not urgent care. If you have acute symptoms or feel unwell, contact your GP, NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
